Asking for Remote Support via TeamViewer
This lesson goes over how to access TeamViewer QuickSupport to be able to receive remote support. TeamViewer QuickSupport is a secure remote access application which is FREE and has great advantages in speed and functions compared to other solutions like PCanywhere, VNC, rAdmin. The package is very small and runs immediately.
Download and Install TeamViewer QuickSupport
- Refer to the previous Lesson 'Installing TeamViewer QuickSupport' under Chapter 'Additional Programs To Install' for instructions on how to Download and Install TeamViewer.
Open the Remote Support
- Double click on TeamViewer to open.
- Contact a Clearview Systems Tech Support Representative and provide them with your 'ID' and 'Password'.
This will temporarily connect them to your system in order to solve any issues related to CurrencyXchanger.
