How to Request Support in CurrencyXchanger?
This lesson shows you how to ask for live support in CurrencyXchanger.
Support Menu
- From the 'Support' menu in the Menu Bar select 'Ask for Live Support'.
- Enter the issue in the empty field and if it is an urgent problem, check off the 'Urgent case' box and then hit 'Send Request'. Someone should get back to you shortly.
