New web customer - Existing CXR customer has Email on file

  1. Webuser creates a [WebUser] account 
    1. Must verify account with token that is emailed to them
  2. Webuser logs in and is alerted that they are pending approval
    1. CXR “knows” they are a customer b/c the email matches an existing customer record.
    2. Internal email is sent.
  3. CXR customer service rep finds and reviews Customer Profile. 
    1. On approval email is sent to webuser saying they are approved and can now log in.
  4. Webuser logs in and has to confirm security questions. 
    1. Once confirmed the [Webuser] account is now linked to the [customer] profile
    2. Logins now go directly to the webuser/customer dashboard
