New web customer - Existing CXR customer No Email on file (or no matching email)

  1. Webuser creates a [WebUser] account 

    1. Must verify account with token that is emailed to them

  2. Webuser logs in and is asked if they are new or existing customer

    1. Selects existing customer

    2. This sends an [INTERNAL] email to let a customer service rep manually process

      1. Locate the existing customer profile

      2. Add the email address to the customer profile

      3. Approve the customer for web access

    3. Email is sent to webuser 

  3. Webuser logs in and has to confirm security questions. 

    1. Once confirmed the [Webuser] account is now linked to the [customer] profile

    2. Logins now go directly to the webuser/customer dashboard
